"Football Canada announces 2014 Junior National Team"

I had come across a more detailed article about this announcement, but damned if I can find it now.  so for the time being, I'll copy most of the Football Canada press release and post whatever additional information I come across later.

Football Canada is proud to announce its 45-man roster for the 2014 International Federation of American Football (IFAF) U-19 World Championship in Kuwait. The roster was chosen from a pool of 93 players who participated at the 2014 International Bowl series.

Canada’s Junior National Team is led by head coach Warren Craney (York University) who continues as defensive coordinator in 2014, a role he has fulfilled with not only the 2009 and 2012 Junior National Teams but also with the IFAF World Team (2010-13). 

Also on the coaching staff are Justin Éthier (Offensive Coordinator), Brad Collinson (Running backs), Brian Guebert (Defensive Line), Ryan Hall (Defensive Backs), Marcello Lio (Quarterbacks), Kamau Peterson (Receivers), and Kevin MacNeill (Linebackers).   

For Craney and the rest of the coaching staff, selecting the team was not an easy task. 

"Considering how well these hundred kids performed in Dallas, the last two weeks have been very difficult to reduce the roster to 45,” explained Craney. “The last seven roster spots were the most difficult to finalize.”

Prior to the July 5-17 World Championship in Kuwait, Team Canada will hold its training camp in Italy June 29th – July 4th.
